I reserve the right to refuse any commission as I so chose should I find an issue or should the client be disrespectful, offensive, etc.
Commissions may take an extended amount of time due to personal responsibilities, up to 30 days, however the listed timeframe is the norm.
I have every right to cancel the skin request should any issues arise, IRL or client-related. I do not need to disclose my reason(s) to the client. Depending on the situation, I may or may not refund the client afterward.
If you don't like your skin at all after the number of revisions you have received, you will be refunded at least 40% of the amount you originally paid; however, you will not receive your skin.
Clients may request that their commission not be used to promote my services.
